Apprenticeships
IRT offer apprenticeship opportunities where valuable work experience is gained with qualified professionals in a range of different trades. IRT own and manage a number of Lifestyle Communities and Centre Centres across eastern NSW and the ACT, where apprentices have the opportunity to work in their field in various locations.
By gaining experience in IRT Communities, apprentices acquire valuable knowledge both in the theoretical requirements of their trade as well as hands on practical requirements. By working within the industry, apprentices are likely to encounter a diverse range of stakeholders, plus receive satisfaction from providing help or support to the respected seniors within our Communities.
