IRT Catering Services has been providing daily food services to its residents for over 35 years. Now catering to IRT facilities and external clients alike, we currently produce over 1.6 million meals per annum with capacity to provide up to 3 million meals per annum. From careful selection of suppliers to delivery of the finished product, each process is carefully monitored. Our strict guidelines ensure a food preparation system that uses only the highest quality meat and poultry, the freshest fish and dairy products and top quality fruit and vegetables each day. IRT Catering Services is accredited under the Hazards Analysis at Critical Control Points (HACCP) guidelines administered by Australia and New Zealand and the NSW Food Authority. Our service can provide fresh and chilled catering for any occasion. The meals we provide can include options to meet individual nutritional requirements such as meals for diabetics and celiacs. To ensure all products are nutritionally sound and balanced for customers, our own dietician undertakes a nutritional analysis of all menu items.
