Board of Directors IRT’s Board of Directors are elected from IRT’s General Committee who are representatives of the local communities in which we operate. There are up to nine members on the Board of Directors, including a Chairman and Vice Chairman. The role of the Board of Directors is to manage the business of the company to ensure it operates in line with the Mission and Values of the organisation.
