Each Community has been individually designed taking in the surrounding environment and to offer a range affordable of living solutions to suit your aspirations, from large scale to small intimate communities, and a variety of studio, two and three bedroom apartments or villas that you can make your own.

Peace of mind is secure with our team of experts who take care of a variety of your home maintenance and landscaping needs. This allows you the freedom to do as much or as little as you please, whether spending a day on the golf course, enjoying time with your family or packing your bags for an adventure.
One of the many benefits of living in our Lifestyle Communities is our commitment to your quality of life. Your general health and wellbeing is important to us. We arrange to have our professional IRT In-Home Care staff visit you every three months to provide guidance and support if required or simply have a chat about your wonderful relaxed lifestyle!
As your care needs increase we offer a number of solutions to support your ongoing wellbeing. We can assist you to remain in your own home through IRT In-Home Care, tailored to suit your individual requirements. These can include a variety of services from nursing and housekeeping – cleaning and laundry, to garden maintenance, transport services, shopping and more. These are available through Government funded packages (assessment required) or Home Support Services (fees apply).
IRT Care Centres offer a warm and friendly environment that allows you to remain connected with your peers. We provide the highest level of specialised care to ensure your wellbeing. Where possible (due to availability and Government assessment) priority access is given to current IRT Lifestyle Community residents.
Living in our Lifestyle Communities gives you the opportunity to enjoy the benefits of our extensive IRT Community, including our social, lifestyle and care networks.

Our Lifestyle Communities benefit from our sustainable practices, which can include water and energy saving solutions, such as the installation of rain water tanks, water efficient shower heads, solar hot water upgrades, energy efficient lighting and ceiling insulation.
