Since 1992, IRT In-Home Care has focused on keeping personal choice and independence at the centre of everything we do. What services are available?
This includes household tasks like cleaning, laundry and gardening, through to shopping and transport to social outings.
This includes assistance with personal tasks like showering, medication, continence and body care.
This includes nursing and allied health support, including palliative care.
How is IRT In-Home Care funded?
We currently have government assistance available for In-Home Care services. An Australian Government Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT) needs to determine whether you are eligible and suitable for a Home Care Package. We can put you in touch with your local ACAT and even assist you with a referral.
Alternatively, we provide all our In-Home Care services on a private payment basis. You can purchase services as a one-off or as part of an ongoing arrangement. We are happy to provide you with a full price list.
