Murranar Lodge is set in Wollongong' s northern seaside suburb of Towradgi, and is located adjacent to IRT's Towradgi Park Village.  The Village offers easy walking access to the local beach, bowling club and the cycleway, in addition to being located close to the many parklands and sporting grounds in the near vicinity.  Residents have access to the many activities and facilities available within Towradgi Park Village, allowings them  to participate in as much or as little as they please.

The Murranar Lodge community features:

• Many activities that take place on site such as indoor carpet bowls, craft, fashion parades, entertainment and much more
• Many indoor and outdoor areas for resident use
• A community room at the southern end of Towradgi Park Village, which is put to much use by all Self Care residents
• Activities that take place here are arranged by the residents themselves
• An onsite kiosk, hairdresser and craft facilities are all located within Towradgi Park Village

Unlike the majority of IRT purpose-built villages, Murranar Lodge was purchased and refurbished to ensure they met the exceptional standards set by IRT.

Murranar Lodge comprises of four two-bedroom Self Care units in a two-storey building.
