IRT is pleased to announce that it has reached an agreement to purchase the Links Seaside senior living facility from its current owners, Horizon Living and Horizon Care.

Links Seaside is located on the corner of Corrimal and Ross Streets close to the Wollongong CBD, and adjacent to Wollongong Golf Club and City Beach. It currently comprises 154 independent living units, along with 90 aged care beds and 63 serviced apartments.

The purchase of Links Seaside reflects IRT's strong financial position and confirms our standing as a leading provider in aged care and retirement living.

IRT's purchase of Links Seaside secures the future of Links Seaside for current and future independent living and aged care residents, while providing a growth opportunity for IRT.
