With IRT In-Home Care where you choose to live doesn’t need to change just because your care needs do. Our dedicated and professional In-Home Care teams will tailor solutions to promote your ongoing wellbeing in your own home.
In-Home Care, also known as Community Care, can be accessed in two ways: through packages funded by the Government or via Home Support services paid for privately.
In-Home Care packages funded by the Government mean you need to undergo an assessment by a member of the Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT) to work out what care solutions are most suitable for you.
Alternatively, Home Support services do not require a Government assessment as they are paid for privately. However, Home Support services are intended for individuals with the greatest level of need at any given time, and IRT’s In-Home Care team will talk you through this.
IRT provides In-Home Care throughout areas in the South East and South West of Sydney.
IRT’s In-Home Care team service various areas on Australia’s east coast, however only certain packages are available in each area. Please speak to the In-Home Care team closest to you for more information on the numbers listed below.
