IRT Intends to Develop Land in Belmont

IRT is continuing to address the high demand for seniors living solutions and intends to purchase and develop land in Belmont, NSW.
IRT Chief Executive Nieves Murray said through rigorous market research Belmont had been identified as an area of need in terms of seniors lifestyle and care solutions and IRT was addressing that need.
“IRT’s core mission is to create communities where seniors can achieve their optimum quality of life,” Ms Murray said. “Market research has identified the Lake Macquarie region as a high demand area for seniors lifestyle and care solutions.”
The development is part of IRT’s 2015 strategic direction and considered growth via planned expansion.
