Apartments

There are 94 two and three bedroom apartments all of which have a northerly aspect from their living areas. Apartment floor areas range from 110m² to 139m².

Each apartment features a superbly fitted kitchen, bathroom and ensuite, with a balcony extending off the lounge area to enjoy.

All apartment buildings have a security entrance with intercoms, undercover car parking and lift access. Each apartment has an allocated storage cage in the car park.

Villas

There are 56 two and three bedroom villas - 14 are two storey duplex. All living areas and private open spaces have a northerly aspect.

The interior spaces are light and airy, being naturally lit by south facing skylights. Villa floor areas range from 103m² to 126m² (excluding garage).

Each villa features a superbly fitted kitchen, bathroom and ensuite, with a courtyard extending off the lounge area to relax in or entertain guests.

Each dwelling includes a garage, with a second car space along each private driveway.

IRT Kangara Waters also offers specialised care for those individuals suffering from dementia, with a safe and secure environment where they can enjoy stunning views of the lake or relax in the internal courtyard.

All meals are prepared by IRT Catering who develop menus with the experience of qualified nutritionists. Our meals are prepared with you in mind, so we cater for individual dietary needs, whether you require a vegetarian diet, gluten free products or balanced meals to suit the needs of diabetics. Our staff are always happy to assist you with your needs and requirements.
