IRT Links Seaside opens its doors
Seniors lifestyle and care provider IRT would like to invite members of the community to an Open Weekend at IRT Links Seaside on Saturday 28 and Sunday 29 May 2011.
Located on the corner of Corrimal and Ross Streets in Wollongong, IRT Links Seaside is the Illawarra’s premier seniors Lifestyle Community, comprising 154 spacious two and three bedroom apartments and a Care Centre with 153 private suites.
IRT Chief Executive, Nieves Murray said that in addition to its exceptional beachside location adjacent to Wollongong Golf Course, IRT Links Seaside offers a wide range of facilities, including a cinema, restaurant, bar/café, day spa, library and internet kiosk.
“The thing that makes IRT Links Seaside special is the sense of community amongst residents. The complex was architecturally designed to promote a sense of community and this is backed up by the many social activities and functions that take place,” Ms Murray said.
“With 75 per cent of the lifestyle community apartments already sold this could be the last for people to purchase the lifestyle community apartment of their choice.”
Guided tours of the Community will take place hourly commencing at 10.00am with the last tour commencing at 2.00pm
