Kangara Waters almost sold!
Anyone interested in being part of the vibrant IRT Kangara Waters Lifestyle Community should act quickly, as there are only four apartments left.
Completed in late 2009, IRT Kangara Waters is an integrated seniors lifestyle and care community comprising 150 Lifestyle Community villas and apartments and a 100-bed Care Centre providing all levels of care. Located in Belconnen overlooking Lake Ginninderra, the community also features a wellness centre and large community centre with a café.
“Since opening last year, IRT Kangara Waters has experienced record-breaking sales performance, with 90 percent of the villas and apartments sold in the first 12 months,” said IRT Chief Executive, Nieves Murray.
“All the villas and three-bedroom apartments have been sold and only four two-bedroom apartments are still available,” she said.
As an added bonus, seniors who place a deposit on their Kangara Waters apartment before 31 March 2011 and settle before 30 June 2011 will receive a $2,500 Harvey Norman gift voucher.
IRT Kangara Waters won the Seniors Living category of the 2010 NSW & ACT Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA) Awards and has been nominated for a national UDIA Award.
