Lifestyle Community
A range of apartments or villas within a community of your peers that are designed to give you the freedom to be as active or leisurely as you like. -
In-Home Care
A range of supported living and care solutions, tailored to promote your ongoing wellbeing within your existing home, are offered in line with your individual needs by our experienced IRT team. -
Care Centres
A range of care solutions and activities are offered in line with your individual needs by our experienced IRT team, while you have the opportunity to relax in a single or shared suite and socialise with a community of your peers.
IRT holds Community Housing Provider Status, and provides affordable rental retirement living accommodation through the National Rental Affordability Scheme, as well as providing care for those who are homeless, or at risk of homelessness through our Assistance with Care and Housing for the Aged (ACHA) service.

IRT also offers information and support services to those individuals who provide personal care for a senior loved one in their home.
Today, IRT offers lifestyle and care solutions to nearly 6,000 seniors spanning the east coast of NSW in Sydney, the Illawarra and South Coast, as well as the ACT, with a 1,800 strong IRT team dedicated to meeting their individual needs.
