Macarthur Village is operated by Illawarra Retirement Trust (IRT) a not-for-profit, community-based, charitable organisation dedicated to meeting the needs of the older citizens of our community.

For four decades, IRT has been a leading name in the provision of retirement accommodation in the Illawarra and South Coast of NSW.

IRT has expanded into the Sydney region and most recently the ACT.  We are very excited to be able to offer our years of experience and expertise to the Campbelltown community.

IRT provides accommodation, care and services to almost 4000 residents and clients between Hunters Hill in Sydney, and Dalmeny on the far South Coast of NSW.

IRT has earned the reputation as a leader and innovator in aged accommodation and care.

IRT provides ongoing care for its residents through the provision of residential care and community services specifically tailored to meet individual needs.
