Ingoing Contribution – With Retentions

The amount of retention is 2% per annum calculated on a daily basis up to a maximum of 5 years. The balance of the amount (after retentions have been deducted) will be refunded to the resident or his / her estate on departure from IRT in accordance with the Residence and Service Contract.

Please Note:
1. Interest (calculated daily) is payable on all or any part of the Ingoing Contribution which remains outstanding after the agreed date of entry.

2. When a unit is occupied by a couple, the Ingoing Contribution is only refundable once both partners have departed from IRT accommodation.
