Illawarra Retirement Trust (IRT) has a separate wait list for each of its self care retirement villages.
For placement on the waitlist for Macarthur Village, an Application form for Accommodation must be completed and returned to IRT PO Box 116 Woonona 2517. A separate application form must be completed for each applicant. A prepaid envelope is provided for you to return the application form.

A waitlist fee of $200.00 must accompany the application form to place your name on the Macarthur Village waitlist. The fee is fully refundable on written request or will be deducted from the ingoing contribution when moving into an IRT self care unit.

On receipt of the Application for Accommodation at the IRT office the application form will be time and date stamped. As units are being allocated contact will be made with each person in chronological order of receipt of the application form for accommodation.

If you are not ready to accept the offer of a unit, you may decline the unit. The unit will be offered to the next person on the waitlist. If you decline the offer of a unit you will retain your position on the waitlist and your future intentions noted.
It is necessary for you to be on our waitlist to be offered a unit in the village. It allows us to keep you informed of new projects and activities within our villages.*Note: The preferred method of payment is by cheque or money order.
