Situated in the historic township of Moruya, the Village is surrounded by sweeping farmlands.  The Moruya River runs through the northern end of town and directly past the Village, providing residents with uninterrupted views and access to the riverbank.

This community offers on-site activities and many recreational activities available in the township of Moruya, such as golf and bowling clubs, residents are able to participate as much or as little as they please, whilst enjoying a relaxed and worry-free lifestyle.

The Village comprises of 14 Self Care units, with a mix of one-, and two- bedrooms units.  Single storey units are located at the front of the Village, and  enjoy uninterrupted views of the Moruya River and surrounding parklands.  The adjoining Residential Care Centre includes 29 Low Care beds, and 1 Respite bed.
