Other Services
As a seniors lifestyle and care provider with Community Housing Provider status, IRT runs other services and programs seeking to assist seniors experiencing circumstances that may disadvantage their ability to access care, services and accommodation.
This includes the provision of independent living places subsidised by the Federal Government’s National Rental Affordability Scheme (NRAS), assistance for homeless seniors and those at risk of homelessness through the Assistance with Care & Housing for the Aged Services (ACHA) and the management and servicing of social housing units at our Gunyah Community.
