A traineeship with IRT offers a fantastic pathway to a career in Aged Care, one of the fastest growing industries in Australia. IRT offers traineeships in Certificate III in Aged Care (CHC30208), Business Administration and Hospitality.
Certificate III in Aged Care (CHC30208)
A Certificate III in Aged Care (CHC30208) is offered to current employees looking to advance their industry knowledge. Through a 12 month practical course, students are supported by Clinical Nurse Educators, Team Leaders and Care Coordinators through each module of the course.
A traineeship enables employees to gain hands on skills, working a minimum of 15 hours per week as they develop professional strategies in managing personal care, lifestyle needs and medication.
For those IRT employees interested in a Certificate III in Aged Care (CHC30208) traineeship, please ask the Care Coordinator for that Care Centre to sign the enrolment form prior to you submitting it. Their approval will see the employee embark on their traineeship course in the next intake.
