An update about William Beach Gardens Aged Care Centre

Dear family member/resident representative,

I’m writing to provide you with an update as we’ve managed the risk of COVID-19 at your loved one’s aged care centre.

We have received the results from our last round of PCR tests conducted on Wednesday and pleasingly all were negative.

With endorsement from the local Public Health Unit we have now formally ceased operating the care centre in accordance with our outbreak management plan and all residents are now able to resume normal activities.

As a reminder, all visitors must enter the care centre through the main entrance at reception only as visitors are required to complete a rapid antigen test (or show proof of a negative result) and complete the wellness questionnaire before entering the care centre.
