General Manager
Greg has extensive management experience in both business and not for profit sectors. This experience is supported by management and education qualifications. A passion for innovation, co-design and customer experience underpin his management philosophy and approach.

Operations and Compliance Manager
Phil began his career in vocational education in 2001 gaining employment with the AFTA (Australian Federation of Travel Agents) Travel & Tourism College where he was employed for 5 years.
After a period of time living in Ireland Phil returned to Australia where he continued his work in education as a VET Coordinator with Australian Pacific College . Phil has been with IRT Academy now for over 4 years having commenced as Operations Coordinator in early 2015. Now employed in the role of Operations and Compliance Manager, Phil has been heavily involved in developing the training and assessment material for the Academy’s accredited qualifications. In addition Phil continues to fulfill his passion for teaching providing training in both the Diploma of Leadership and Management and the Certificate IV in Leadership and Management.

Education Program Manager
Malin is responsible for the Academy’s training and development strategy. With more than 10 years’ experience in the area of learning and development, she has been involved in creating both online learning and facilitation material. Her theoretical background includes a Masters in Production Engineering, Certificate IV in Work, Health and Safety and Training and Assessment and a Diploma in Leadership and Management. In her current role at IRT Academy she enjoys working closely with subject matter experts and end users to ensure the delivery of high quality learning programs.

Student Experience Coordinator
Kristie’s experience is drawn from a career which has evolved predominantly in the higher education sector within various roles in both government and private industry, involving administrative coordination and office management.
In her role as the Student Experience Coordinator, Kristie is the first point of contact for all student enquiries, plays an active support role in the classroom and manages the end to end student experience within IRT Academy.

Administration Officer
Sky is an experienced RTO administrator
who works closely with the students and IRT Academy team.
Sky thrives on going that step above to assist in the delivery of high-quality accredited training and provide administrative support to all students.
