Important information about IRT Crown Gardens Aged Care Centre

Dear family member/resident representative,

I am writing to let you know that Dr Shenoa Holliday is going on maternity leave and there will be some temporary changes to your loved one’s usual GP visits.

Dr Holliday’s last day at work is today, Thursday 15 September 2022. She is taking four months’ leave and will be returning at the end of January 2023.

During this time, Dr Alison Lavender will be looking after your loved one.

Unlike Dr Holliday who would normally visit us every second Friday, Dr Lavender will instead be visiting us every four to six weeks. At this stage, she hasn’t given us a set day for her visits, but we will let you know if this changes.

We have let your loved one know about the change and we will update you when Dr Holliday is back from maternity leave.
