Important information about IRT Dalmeny

Dear family member/resident representative,

The purpose of this message is to provide you with an update on the construction project at the retirement village adjoining your loved one’s aged care centre.

The builder, MJH Multi, expects to begin site establishment no earlier than Wednesday 22 February, with works to begin thereafter. The first action will be the erection of temporary fencing around the construction areas and removal of trees where the villas are to be located. In addition, a number of trees will be removed for bushfire protection.

Click here to view a map that shows the construction areas and builder’s office / facilities that will be fenced in addition to how construction traffic will be managed during the works. Where there are changes to traffic management, we will provide you with details of those changes.

All 20 new villas will be constructed during this phase of works.

Construction hours will be Monday to Friday, 7am – 5pm and Saturday, 8am – 1pm.

Our priority throughout the project will be to minimise noise and disruption to all residents, and I will continue to keep you updated over the course of construction.
