Important information about IRT Thomas Holt Kirrawee Aged Care Centre

Dear family member/resident representative,

I am pleased to let you know that all residents who were diagnosed with Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) at your loved one’s aged care centre have now fully recovered.

From this afternoon residents in Magnolia wing who have recovered from RSV will be free to leave their rooms and meet with others to participate in group activities as normal.

Visiting arrangements

From tomorrow, standard visiting arrangements to Magnolia wing will resume. There continues to be no changes to visiting in all other areas of the care centre.

As always, please exercise caution and do not visit your loved one if you are experiencing any symptoms or are feeling unwell even if you have a negative COVID-19 test result. You may still have RSV, influenza or another virus which is highly contagious.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to speak to the Care Manager.
