Important information regarding your loved one’s aged care centre

Dear family member/resident representative,

I am writing to let you know details of a resident and relatives meeting this Wednesday 20 July.

Resident and relatives meeting

• Wednesday 20 July at 2.15pm
• Community Room
• If you wish to attend please let us know so that we can manage room capacity.
• Contact reception during business hours to RSVP.

If you are unable to attend, the minutes of the meeting will be mailed to you.

Please do not attend the meeting if you experiencing any symptoms or are feeling unwell, even if the symptoms are mild. Even if you have a negative COVID-19 test result you may still have influenza or another contagious virus.

Thank you again for your ongoing understanding and patience. If you’re attending the resident meeting on Wednesday I look forward to meeting you.
