Join a waitlist for an IRT retirement village and be ready to continue your independent and active lifestyle when a property becomes available.
It is necessary to be on the waitlist to be offered an apartment or villa in one of IRT’s retirement villages. By being on the waitlist, IRT can keep clients informed of new projects and activities within IRT.
All IRT retirement village waitlists have a joining fee of $200 per nominated retirement village. This fee covers both single residents and couples and is fully refundable at any time. Your village preference is transferable between villages.
If you’re offered a place at your selected village and you’re not quite ready to accept at that time, you can turn down the offer without affecting your position on the waitlist.
