Notice of residents and relatives meeting at IRT Dalmeny Aged Care Centre

Our next residents and relatives meeting will be held on 5 December 2022 at 10.30am. 

All relatives and representatives are invited to attend.

Location: Meet at Reception, and follow signs to venue (we hope to hold the meeting outside, weather dependent)

Time: 10.30am

We look forward to seeing you there. If you are unable to attend, the minutes of the meeting will be sent to you.

Please note that as per current visiting arrangements, all relatives who attend will need to complete a rapid antigen test at home or on arrival at the centre and provide proof of the negative result. If you complete the test at the centre please ensure you arrive before the meeting with enough time to conduct the test and wait 15 minutes before entering the centre.
