Booraja Home Care

Support for Aboriginal elders during these challenging times

Booraja Home Care has seen an increase in enquiries from Aboriginal elders on the NSW South Coast about accessing services to help older people stay well and in their own homes.

Booraja employees have undertaken additional training for using Personal Protective Equipment, infection control and hand hygiene and are keen to assist as many elders as possible. Tackling the fear and misinformation about COVID-19 has been instrumental in helping their clients to understand this issue and remain calm.

If you know of an Aboriginal elder living in the Batemans Bay, Narooma or surrounding area who could benefit from some extra assistance please get in touch with the team at or call 134 478.
