Our modern aged care centre is ideally located to meet your needs, just a short distance from Milton’s shops, cafes, recreation and health services. We’re only 400m from Milton Ulladulla Hospital and a short stroll from the main street with art galleries, cafes, restaurants and other amenities. The bus stop is a 10-minute walk or three-minute drive away.

Our aged care centre offers professional personalised care in modern surroundings. IRT Sarah Claydon offers spacious single or shared suites with private ensuites, as well as private rooms in a secure environment for specialised dementia care. Our rooms are fully furnished, complete with a ceiling fan, wardrobe, HiLo bed and emergency call button. Our experienced staff and registered nurses are on hand 24/7 ensuring you’re comfortable and well cared for.

 You can relax in our communal, open plan lounge areas or catch up with friends and neighbours over a meal in our dining room.

Take advantage of our landscaped outdoor spaces where you can soak up the sun, with extensive gardens that feature courtyards, sitting areas and a manicured lawn, plus a mini-golf course. There’s also a number of on-site features like the community centre, hairdresser, and library for you to enjoy.
