You’ll feel at home at IRT Woodlands

Our aged care centre offers professional personalised care in superior surroundings. IRT Woodlands offers spacious single suites with private ensuites, as well as private rooms for specialised dementia and palliative care in a secure environment. Rooms are fully furnished with a wardrobe, Hi-Lo bed and emergency call button. Our experienced staff are on hand 24/7 ensuring you’re comfortable and well cared for.

You can relax in our communal, open plan lounge areas or catch up with friends and neighbours over a meal in our dining room.

Enjoy our many outdoor community spaces to unwind and bask in the sun, including the secure dementia-friendly garden. There’s also a number of other on-site features like the library, hairdresser, gym and café for you to take advantage of.

At IRT, we believe your quality of life is just as important as your personal care. Get involved in some of our many programs or activities to support your social, mental and physical wellbeing such as group exercise or sunshine therapy. If you have particular hobbies or interests, we’re here to help you pursue the things you enjoy. 

Get to know your neighbours over a meal in our communal dining room and discover new pastimes through our social calendar. Go on outings in the community bus or invite your family and friends to join us for special events in the community centre.
