Qualifications:
Nia is a skilled industry professional with over 23 years’ experience across a wide range of aged care positions, from direct care to management. As Executive General Manager – Aged Care Centres, she is responsible for IRT’s Aged Care Centres and Catering teams.
Nia has been with IRT for 15 years and has undertaken a variety of roles during that time. She has also completed the Illawarra Leadership Program, where she had the opportunity to be mentored by professionals within the business community and learn more about their operations, challenges and strategic directions.
