Improving older persons’ involvement in decisions concerning their health care

This study aims to improve older persons’ involvement in decisions regarding their own health care.

By seeking to understand both older persons’ and health care team perspectives, we expect improved models of care can be developed, especially for vulnerable patients with complex care needs. The findings will help improve care now and also inform future research.
