Our maintenance services

Our team includes over 90 qualified tradespeople, gardeners and customer service professionals.

We are proud to support the IRT Retirement Village, Aged Care and Home Care businesses to ensure older Australians continue to live their best lives.

Our philosophy is at the heart of everything we do – we believe in making a difference where it counts by caring for the places where residents live, people work and play.

Qualified professionals

All members of the Facilities Management team are qualified in their area of specialisation or trade. Employees complete aged care induction courses and mandatory in-house training on elder abuse and workplace health and safety.

When we need to, we bring in external contractors to complete some of the work. They’re all required to be certified and have a registered ABN, insurance certificates and criminal background checks.

Quality and safety

To improve quality and safety, our team members now use the iAuditor smartphone app to improve work and safety standards . Issues can be reported quicker, shared with the team and resolved faster.

By providing our staff with access to the iAuditor smartphone app, each member can complete checklists and conduct inspections to generate standardised reports focusing on site quality and areas of improvement.

This tool supports all of our preventative and scheduled maintenance to ensure they are within acceptable quality standards.

Maintenance requests can be made via phone, email or logged with any on-site employee.
