Damien is an experienced senior executive and company director with a strong combination of skills in leadership, strategy, business transformation, risk management, commercial and financial management.

He had a long career as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Finance Officer of the University of Wollongong, followed by several years working in the private sector as Head of finance for a proprietary trading firm

Damien has served previously as a board director for companies operating in both the higher education and health sectors.
