Ross is an innovative, action-oriented senior executive. He joined IRT in 2019 and is responsible for IRT’s Retirement Villages and Home Care operations.

Ross is an experienced company director, board advisor and leader in enterprise-level planning and decision making. He has an enviable track record of developing and implementing plans that enable businesses to grow profitably, strategically, efficiently and tactically, and extensive experience within complex operating environments across a range of sectors, with significant involvement in e-Health, financial services and technology.
