Qualifications:
Sam is a senior executive with extensive experience leading strategy, capital development and organisational transformation across complex service organisations. As Executive General Manager – Strategy, Property & People at IRT, he oversees enterprise strategy, property development and workforce outcomes, aligning long-term growth, capital governance and workforce capability to support improved customer outcomes.
Prior to joining IRT, Sam held a range of senior management roles with Stockland, HBF Health Insurance, BankWest, and LotteryWest. He also represents IRT as a Director of Kitchen Food Company.
