Care Manager changes at IRT Dalmeny Aged Care Centre

Dear family member/resident representative,

I’m writing to let you know we farewelled Care Manager Loren Stewart on Friday 28 April as she decided to resign from IRT.

Loren has been the IRT Dalmeny Aged Care Centre Care Manager for the past two years and we thank her for her hard work and dedication to the care centre, staff and residents. We also wish her all the very best.

Until a new Care Manager is appointed, I will be the first point of contact at the care centre and can be contacted by email at kdaly@irt.org.au. For all clinical questions and concerns, please speak with your Registered Nurse on site.

Please pass this message on to others as you consider appropriate.
