Care Manager changes at IRT Thomas Holt Kirrawee

Dear family member/resident representative,

I’m writing to let you know about some Care Manager changes we are making at IRT Thomas Holt Kirrawee Aged Care Centre.

Sajana Giri is returning from maternity leave and will be Care Manager for Roden Cutler House and the Jacaranda Building from 14 April 2025. The new phone number for Care Manager Roden Cutler House and Jacaranda Building is 0436 671 339.

Rajjwala Maharjan will be Acting Care Manager for the Flametree Building. The phone number for Care Manager Flametree Building is 0400 892 237.

There will be no changes to the current Senior Care Coordinators (SCC), or their contact details. Matilda Baehnisch will remain SCC for Flametree and Rachana Silwal Acting SCC for Roden Cutler House and the Jacaranda Building.
