IRT Aged Care Traineeship Program

Start a career in aged care

We are looking for enthusiastic and caring people with a genuine interest in a rewarding career in aged care. We have multiple part-time traineeship opportunities with IRT available across our aged care centres in:

  • Sydney (Kirrawee, Macarthur, Auburn)
  • Illawarra (Woonona, Tarrawanna, Kanahooka)
  • Shoalhaven (Nowra, Culburra Beach, St Georges Basin, Milton)
  • Eurobodalla (Batemans Bay, Moruya, Dalmeny)

This exciting program is for a minimum of 24 months and includes undertaking a Certificate III Individual Support through IRT Academy while gaining on-the-job experience and secure employment in a rapidly growing industry.

We have regular intakes for our traineeship program throughout the year and accept applications anytime – apply today!
