CCTV security upgrade at IRT Greenwell Gardens Aged Care Centre

Dear family member/resident representative,

I’m writing to let you know about a CCTV security upgrade at your loved one’s aged care centre.

The project includes upgrading the existing 4 x CCTV cameras at IRT Greenwell Gardens Aged Care Centre and installing 22 new security cameras to enhance the CCTV coverage across communal/dining and other internal areas of the Care Centre.

The new CCTV upgrade will start Wednesday 18 June and finish on Friday 20 June.

 Some of the new CCTV camera locations include:

1. Coolangatta – 4 new cameras
2. Comerong – 3 new cameras
3. Cambewarra – 3 new cameras
4. Callala – 4 new cameras
5. Crookhaven – 4 new cameras
6. Currarong – 4 new cameras.

We have engaged Chubb Security to complete this CCTV project. They are a Linksafe inducted IRT contractor who is fully qualified and experienced working in Aged Care settings. There will be no access required in resident rooms, and Chubb will ensure they minimise disruption to residents during the project.
