Important information about IRT Thomas Holt Sans Souci Aged Care Centre

Dear family member/resident representative,

Thank you for your support as we have managed the risk of COVID-19 at your loved one’s aged care centre.

I’m pleased to advise that all residents who had previously tested positive for COVID-19 have now reached their recovery criteria. With this good news, and with no further residents displaying symptoms of the virus, the outbreak is now considered resolved and has been closed by the Public Health Unit.

Visiting arrangements

As the outbreak at your loved one’s care centre is now resolved, you are no longer required to provide proof of a negative rapid antigen test before entry or wear PPE within the care centre.

As always please do not visit your loved one if you are experiencing any symptoms or are feeling unwell, even if the symptoms are mild. Even if you have a negative COVID-19 test result you may still have a contagious respiratory infection.
