Important information about St Georges Basin Aged Care Centre

Dear family member/resident representative,

Thank you for your support as we have managed the risk of Influenza at your loved one’s aged care centre.

I’m pleased to share that all residents who were experiencing symptoms have now recovered, and with no other residents experiencing similar symptoms, this outbreak is considered resolved.

Visiting arrangements

Visitors are no longer required to wear a surgical mask.

All other visiting arrangements continue to apply. You can find more information about our visiting arrangements on our website here.

As always please do not visit your loved one if you are experiencing any symptoms or are feeling unwell, even if the symptoms are mild. Even if you have a negative COVID-19 test result you may still have a contagious respiratory infection.

Please pass this message on to others as you consider appropriate and if you have any questions please contact your Care Manager.
