Dear family member/registered supporter,

Following our recent communication regarding the passing of our Residential Manager, Prasad Jose, I wanted to provide you with an update on leadership arrangements at IRT Woodlands.

Firstly, thank you for the many kind messages and words of support shared with our team over the past week. They have been greatly appreciated during what has been a difficult time for our residents, families and staff.

To ensure continuity of leadership and support for residents and employees, I’m pleased to advise that our Senior Care Coordinator, Cardinale David (known to many as Caldy), has stepped into the role of Acting Residential Manager for the next three months.

Caldy is a highly respected and experienced member of the Woodlands team who knows our residents, families and employees well. She brings a wealth of knowledge, compassion and dedication to the role, and I have every confidence in her ability to lead the care home during this period.

Please be assured that the care, safety and wellbeing of your loved one remain our highest priority, and our team remains committed to providing the quality care and support you have come to expect from IRT Woodlands.
