IRT St Georges Basin Retirement Village Open Day

Come along to our open day at IRT St Georges Basin Retirement Village on Monday 30th June. We’ll be taking guided tours through the villas and around the community at 10am and 1pm.

Whether you’re exploring retirement options or simply curious about village life, come and experience our welcoming atmosphere, meet friendly residents and staff, and enjoy a relaxed tour with complimentary morning tea. It’s the perfect way to see how comfortable, connected, and carefree your future in a retirement village could be.

On the day you’ll be able to:

• Take a tour of the two vacant villas on site. One villa is fully staged to help you imagine how it could feel as your future home. Walk through and get a real sense of the layout, flow, and comfort of the home.

• Explore the community grounds.  Take a guided walk through our beautifully maintained gardens, community centre, landscaped outdoor spaces, BBQ areas, and more.

• Learn about costs and how it all works. We’ll explain the different options available, what’s included, and answer any questions you have about joining our retirement community.

• Relax with tea, coffee and cake . After the tour, enjoy a cuppa and a slice of cake with our friendly staff and a few of our residents. It’s a great way to experience the welcoming, neighbourly atmosphere at IRT St Georges Basin.
