Important information about IRT Thomas Holt Sans Souci Gardens Aged Care Centre

Dear family member/resident representative,

Thank you for your support as we have managed the risk of COVID-19 and Rhinovirus at your loved one’s aged care centre.

I’m pleased to advise that all residents who had previously tested positive for COVID-19 and Rhinovirus have now reached their recovery criteria and are free of these viruses. With this good news, and with no further residents displaying symptoms of these viruses, the outbreak is now resolved.

Visiting arrangements

As the outbreak at your loved one’s care centre is now resolved, you are no longer required to provide proof of a negative rapid antigen test before entry. You are welcome to continue with the precaution with your own testing kit.

As always please do not visit your loved one if you are experiencing any symptoms or are feeling unwell, even if the symptoms are mild. Even if you have a negative COVID-19 test result you may still have a contagious respiratory infection.
