Dear family member/resident representative

I’m pleased to let you know that Yanti Tjia has been appointed as the new Care Manager of IRT Thomas Holt Sans Souci Gardens Aged Care Centre.

Yanti brings a wealth of clinical leadership experience to the role and will be a valuable asset to the team.

She has been a Registered Nurse since 2018 and was also the Acting Care Coordinator at Sans Souci Gardens for several months in 2020. In more recent times, she has been supporting our Sydney aged care centres with her expertise and guidance as the Infection Prevention and Control Lead.

Yanti is looking forward to getting to know all residents, family members and employees over the next couple of weeks. If you see Yanti around the aged care centre, be sure to say hello and join us in congratulating her on her new role.

I would also like to take this opportunity to thank Anushka Siwakoti who has done an incredible job as the Acting Care Manager while we recruited for the role. We have appreciated Anushka’s assistance and the support she has given to our residents, their families and our employees during this time.
