New Care Manager appointed

Dear family member/resident representative,

I am writing to let you know about the appointment of a new Care Manager to your loved one’s aged care centre.

Following an extensive recruitment process, I am very pleased to let you know that Rose Thomas has been appointed to the role.

Rose joins IRT Greenwell Gardens from our St Georges Basin Aged Care Centre where she has held a range of positions including Infection Prevention Control Lead, Care Co-ordinator and Senior RN.

Rose has already joined the Greenwell Gardens team, and has been familiarising herself with the after-hours team and getting to know our residents. In the coming days and weeks she will be spending more time on site during the day and looks forward to meeting you next time you visit.
