Notice of residents and relatives meeting at IRT Dalmeny Aged Care Centre

Dear family member/resident representative,

Our next residents and relatives meeting will be held on Monday 5 June 2023 at 11am. 

All relatives and representatives are invited to attend.  

Location: IRT Dalmeny Physio Lounge

Time: 11am

Please note that as per current visiting arrangements, all relatives who attend will need to complete a rapid antigen test at home or on arrival at the centre and provide proof of the negative result. If you complete the test at the centre please ensure you arrive before the meeting with enough time to conduct the test and wait 15 minutes before entering the centre.

Please remember that from 1 May 2023 when visiting your loved one you will be required to provide proof of having received the 2023 influenza vaccine.

We look forward to seeing you there. If you are unable to attend, the minutes of the meeting will be sent to you.
