Rescheduling of tomorrow’s residents and relatives meeting at IRT Crown Gardens Aged Care Centre

Dear family member/resident representative,

The purpose of this message is to let you know that unfortunately our residents and relatives meeting which was proposed to be held tomorrow 10 May 2023 at 10.30am has been postponed.

I apologise for the late notice. The resident and relatives meeting has been rescheduled to Wednesday 17 May.

Location: IRT Crown Gardens lounge room

Time: 10.30am

RSVP: By Monday 15 May to Meredith Williams by email at crowngardens@irt.org.au or by phone on 4475 3633.

We look forward to seeing you there. If you are unable to attend, the minutes of the meeting will be sent to you.
