Volunteering is a great experience to meet new people, learn new skills and make new friends while making a difference. The IRT volunteer program is designed to enrich the lives of older Australians through meaningful connections. Our volunteers play a valuable role in supporting our mission and values.
We provide enhanced opportunities for volunteers to connect with IRT customers, and to contribute through volunteering within their own communities. In doing so, improving the quality of life for customers and volunteers, whilst achieving IRT social impact outcomes.
IRT welcomes volunteer application for a range of fulfilling roles that make a difference in the lives of older Australians. Some of the roles we offer are: companionship, friendly visitor, arts and crafts, activities and games, singing and dancing, social inclusion, and spiritual and cultural activities.
IRT offers individuals wishing to volunteer rewarding and meaningful opportunities to become part of our vibrant community.
